ABOUT US
The Mumtaz Associates is the land purchasing arm of the Mumtaz Group of Companies, which has been functioning since 1982. The Mumtaz Associates, under the visionary stewardship of [insert name] purchases and develops raw land for the Mumtaz Construction Company and other housing projects of the Group.
Established in 2003, the Mumtaz Associates has been leading the land acquisition for the group projects and currently has an ownership of [insert total owned land by Mumtaz Associates] land worth [insert amount] in various parts of the country.
The largest of the land holdings by Mumtaz Associates is its prized possession: 10,000 acres of prime land at the junction of the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces of Pakistan. Situated at the critical junction for the new highway E-35, which connects the Northern parts of the country, and is a vital component of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), it sits at the future economic lifeline of the country
Since the Pakistan and Chinese governments have focused on CPEC as a game-changer for the region, the land is primed for future commercial activity as the land route of the CPEC becomes operational. The project will connect Pakistan to China and the Central Asian Republics through a number of land and rail routes, positioning the country as an economic hub for the region. The potential of CPEC is immense, and is being called the equivalent of the Marshall Plan for the region.
Though largely dealing in purchasing lands for various housing projects, the Mumtaz Group of Companies has a separate sub-company, namely Gohar Mumtaz, which deals in real estate purchasing for more commercial and small-scale activities.
